Image Guidelines

Our goal is to deliver stunning, high-quality pet portraits, and a crucial part of achieving this is ensuring you provide a high-quality photo of your pet. To help us create the best possible portrait for you, please follow these tips and guidelines:

  1. Photo Quality: Use a smartphone or high-quality camera to take your photo in daylight or a brightly lit room.

  2. Visibility: Ensure your pet’s entire face and neck are visible and well-lit, with no shadows obscuring details.

  3. Avoid Filters: Use unfiltered photos to accurately capture your pet’s true coloring.

  4. Positioning: Have your pet look directly at the camera at eye level, facing forward. While other angles are acceptable, your pet will appear in the position shown in the final portrait.

  5. Accessories: Collars, leashes, bows, and other accessories will be illustrated as shown in your photo. If you prefer to remove collars or tags, please make a note in the checkout box. Ensure your pet appears exactly as you want them to in the portrait.

By following these guidelines, we can create a beautiful and accurate representation of your beloved pet.
