Image Guidelines
Our goal is to deliver stunning, high-quality pet portraits, and a crucial part of achieving this is ensuring you provide a high-quality photo of your pet. To help us create the best possible portrait for you, please follow these tips and guidelines:
-
Photo Quality: Use a smartphone or high-quality camera to take your photo in daylight or a brightly lit room.
-
Visibility: Ensure your pet’s entire face and neck are visible and well-lit, with no shadows obscuring details.
-
Avoid Filters: Use unfiltered photos to accurately capture your pet’s true coloring.
-
Positioning: Have your pet look directly at the camera at eye level, facing forward. While other angles are acceptable, your pet will appear in the position shown in the final portrait.
-
Accessories: Collars, leashes, bows, and other accessories will be illustrated as shown in your photo. If you prefer to remove collars or tags, please make a note in the checkout box. Ensure your pet appears exactly as you want them to in the portrait.
By following these guidelines, we can create a beautiful and accurate representation of your beloved pet.
