Do you create portraits of pets other than dogs and cats?
Absolutely! We’ve crafted portraits for a wide range of unique pets, from adorable bunnies to colorful pet birds. If it’s an animal, we can create a portrait for you. Please note that, currently, we do not offer portraits of humans, no matter how charming they may be!
Can I see a preview of my art before it’s shipped?
To ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, we do not provide artwork previews. However, if your photo does not meet our quality standards, we will contact you to request a new one. We want you to be thrilled with your portrait, so please review our Image Guidelines before submitting your photo.
Can I include more than one pet in a portrait?
Yes, you can choose to feature two or three pets in your digital portrait.
Can I modify my order after it's been placed?
If you need to change the frame color or size, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate the change. After 12 hours, changes are subject to availability and may result in shipping delays.
Can I receive the portrait without a name?
Certainly! If you prefer a design without your pet’s name, simply write “NO NAME” in the name box.
What makes a good photo?

Ensure the photo is taken in a well-lit area, preferably with natural lighting and without filters.

A close-up, head-on shot works best for capturing your pet’s face. Photos of your pet lying down are less ideal for this purpose.
